I have problems with Nuendo and SurroundZone (The B format conversion always delivery a dual track instead a quadra), this is the reason. The mic is phase reversed (isn't a problem for me)

The picture of the file would tend to demonstrate that the SPS200 is "phase-reversing" (it actually is). Single hand claps or... firework explosions produce the kind of impulses that will easily demonstrate that.
I'm curious: why did you use the Tetra2B instead of the SurroundZone to do the A to B conversion?
