These are samples of the horrible cheap 1950s 14x4" snare drum that I bought off a garage sale for $5 bucks. I was phase-checking some Lawson L251 mics with M7 capsules when I captured these samples. The preamp was NPNG and all sources were recorded flat into Pro Tools via Frontier Design Group converters. Samples were processed in Cool Edit Pro.
