Field recording of single church bell. Made with Panasonic binaural mics to minidisc. Distance 100 metres. Occasional background voice and bird screech.

    I clipped out two of the gongs and downloaded them to a Winbond sound chip. I am building a fake bell pull rope for a 1 room schoolhouse display at a fair - pull the rope and this bell sounds from the chip through powered speakers up above. Fun! I just hope it doesn't drive the workers in the building as crazy as Quasimodo...
