Description by Walter_Odington I woke up at night to the sound of heavy rain, and did the first logical thing anyone would do: suspend the recording device from the third story window to get a good stereo image of the rain and dripping from gutter.

amazing rain sample!!! Much more realistic than the normal 'static' rain noises you find on other sites (But this is because you actually recorded it) I also like how you got your gutter recorded in the mix too.

The best Rain sample i heard.
Realy good work.It sounds very naturaly, like the rain you can hear in many movies.

Great recording of rainfall. Very clear. No muddy effect that one often gets when recording the rain.
