This capture is from inside the cemetery grounds.
Though quite placid and tranquil, it contains sounds of the following:
- Various birds.
- The ocean in the distance.
- Wind in the surrounding trees.
- Distant day-trippers to West Wemyss.
- Children playing in the background.
- One or two passing bugs.
- The odd barking dog.
While the church building dates to 1890, the graveyard itself was officially opened in 1703.
One notable gravestone records a death occurring on the 31st of April 1878 — a date that doesn't actually exist in the calendar.
