Shoreline on the River Forth.
Ambience from the beach along the Crombie-Torryburn path.

Tascam DR-07XP.
Primo EM272M's.
Captured on the shores of the River Forth estuary at a receding tide, with the sound of foraging birds and whistling Curlews.
Popping sounds from the mud and the gentle flow of rivulets weaving through the rocks can also be heard.
Other birds and a barking dog make themselves known.
The stretch of the River Forth between Crombie and Torryburn is a fascinating mix of tranquil nature, dark folklore, and intense military history.
Because of the massive mudflats at Torry Bay, the atmosphere here changes completely depending on whether the tide is in or out.

Thanks Eugene.
Yes, they're great for all round ambience.
I often just clip them to my backpack when I'm out walking for any ambient surprises that I come across.
Much appreciated.
