Listen through random freesound samples, I came across hello_flower's 'SHIP SOUND REQUEST' Although it is a pretty good sample, I saw several problems:1. It wasn't great quality2. It didn't have stereo effects3. It was quite short (only 10 seconds of actual audio)Despite this, it was a great sample and I knew I could fix it up a bit. Using volivieri's shore03.aiff, acclivity's ShipsBell.wav, dobroide's 20080807.seagulls.wav, and hello_flowers original ship sample, I created this. A higher quality, longer, and fully loopable remix using only a few components of the original. Enjoy, comment and rate!

Will be using it in a 60 sec video that will be played to the audience if we win the National Diversity Awards in the UK this year! didn't think if I typed Pirate Ship into the search anything would turn up, but this did - excellent!

You're licensing this under CC-BY. But acclivity has since re-licensed his sound under CC-BY-NC, earlier it was under Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0 License.
BTW, I have added freesound.org on the list:
https://github.com/saniv/free-game-art/blob/master/foss-copyright-infringement-records.md
just so people know that a lot of recordings here steal Sound Ideas property. Hello, Bram! That is my present to you, for banning me for breaking no rules.
