Public garden atmosphere on a cloudy spring day.
I made this recording during a warm and cloudy early spring day, sitting on a bench near a concrete way,, in a wide public garden of Nanterre (suburbs of Paris, France).
So, one can hear joggers and walkers passing by on the way in front of me, (some of them are chatting), as well as some kids with their bicycles and a ball, some birds (magpies, crows, parakeets, tits, and more...) chirping in the trees around, and some traffic from the surrounding town in the background.
Recorded in March 2026 with a Zoom H6Essential and its Zoom XYh-6e stock microphone.
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.

Yes, as some office workers like to come in the park for jogging instead of eating lunch during their break time, it was probably the right moment to make this short recording. ;-)
