Recorded on the shortest day of the year at the edge of a lake where the wind was gusting from the South at 15 to 20 miles an hour. At the beginning you hear some geese in the distance.
This recording was made using my SONY PCM M-10 with it's internal microphones set to level 5 input volume. I actually placed the recorder, carefully, in a crook of some branches in an Oak tree about 5 feet above the ground---very near a big clump of dead and brown oak leaves....this gives you that wonderful sound of the wind hissing through the leaves.

You’re welcome Beltrafio. Glad my audio worked for you. And yes,
I’m sort of obsessed with getting good clean wind.
I really like your soundscape, especially the video with the comforting light emanating from the window. Oh, I also like the waving green grass. Gives me a comforting hobbit-like
Feeling from the lord of the rings Shire.

Thank you for sharing this recording! Good wind recordings are a gem. I included yours in the background of a soundscape I made and was sure to credit you in the description: https://youtu.be/mx0hCl4vyVg
