The sound design of a big fire in the forest. It was originally created to sound the video taken from a fireproof video camera. This is a sustainable version with minimum fire intensity. The source material was recordings of the crunch of branches and undergrowth underfoot, the sound of the wind on a mountain pass, the sounds of blowing into a microphone, synthetic textures, crackling when twisting tulip stems, digging in boiled mushrooms, the sounds of a blanket rustling. Many layers were used with granular sampling, intermediate resampling, and a huge variety of processing, including the use of several convolutional reverbs, to set the plan.
