Well, oddly enough I didn't use the kalimba pack by kostasvomvolos, found here: http://www.freesound.org/packsViewSingle.php?id=364 ... Though I will admit it is really fantastic and will probably use it in the future.

I did however sequence together a bunch of one-shot metal percussion samples found here, along with a kick drum and two . The list is pretty long. Not all of them are recognizable, but they're all fantastic and really turned this track into something i'm quite proud of. Before I link the track, here's the list:

sizzle.wav http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=3148

SilverSpoonCup1.wav http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=34155
SmallFCymbals2.wav http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=34154
SilverSpoonTop2.wav http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=34156

benjaminflack http://www.freesound.org/usersViewSingle.php?id=488320
Sleigh Bells.wav http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=44293

Quite a list. The track is titled "Evelon no1" and can be found at one of myspace pages as an MP3 here:

http://www.myspace.com/angrycatatai

Or on soundcloud as a WAV here:

I might do some mixdown changes to it in the future but for the most part it's 99% done.

Anyhow, thanx again freesound and all the wonderful contributors here!

p.s. Actually, the two links posted have the track mixed slightly different. The one on soundcloud has slightly sharper percussion sounds. (this isn't just cuz it's a WAV). I'm not sure what sounds "better" though right now I think the sharper percussion is doing it.
