I was recording a robin at a local nature reserve - Skipwith Common in Yorkshire England - when I heard a woodpecker hammering nearby and was lucky enough to capture the sound. It is probably a Great Spotted Woodpecker as, although Lesser Spotted and Green Woodpeckers also nest here the greater is most common.
