Thanks for the clip. I'm using it (with attribution!!) in a home video of a trip to Canada put together for a xmas present. There is a scene where the camera passes over a dog bed in hotel lobby and i'm using Ruby leave a mental hook that a dog is present.
You can either download audacity software for free from the internet, import the .aiff file into audacity and then export it as a .wav file or I can do it for you. If you give me your email I can change the format of the .aiff file and email it to you tomorrow.
Why thank you very much, they are quite random recordings as I have to wait for my crew of dogs to "do something" other than sleep all day. Unfortunately the only one of the four who barks at any strangers is the standard poodle, and she doesn't sound too ferocious and guard-dog like. I uploaded a new howling and barking segment today so it should be available after moderation in a few days. It too has some extended periods of silence so will need to be downloaded and edited if you like it -Greenbelly Studios
This is a great improvement on the thirteen minute version which, in my opinion, has too many extended periods of silence: especially at the begininning. This shorter track offers a consistent and annoying dog whining experience. Let's see some more dog whining, barking and howling tracks. Any ferocious guard-dog barking tracks out there?
