This is a recording of an "Adhaan" or Call to Prayer for the Muslims. It is carried out five times daily from a mosque in order to call Muslims for their prayers. This specific sample was recorded from the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, Saudi Arabia which is Islam's second holiest site. Each daily prayer here brings in many tens of thousands of worshippers therefore the PA system is quite powerful.

Could it be the person allows it to be used for non-musical productions as in as a sound effect in a movie for example of Muslims praying but not as a sample for a sound based project. Like not in a music video?
