Thanks very much, Heigh-hoo, for the comment. I have the WAV file, but I didn't think people would want to download such a big file. Perhaps if there are more downloads, I'll upload the WAV file.
Joe Meeks doesn't sell the mics anymore and I think I got a good deal when I bought them. The only problem that I've had with them is that they take a few minutes to 'warm up' when the 48 VDC phantom power is applied.

A good recording. I didn't know Joemeek microphones give such a clear sound. But it's quite a pity that you compressed this sound too much. It should be more than 10MB (I've not calculated it though). Your file has only 640KB! It sounds like a sample sound clip that you can hear when you push the black triangle. Why not choose raw wav (or flac) ? The file size comes bigger, but maybe Bram tolerate it, and more people will feel happy.
