Well, don´t expect anything exciting happening on this recording, but I couldn´t resist it. Done at the end of march in Reinikendorf in a quiet backyard, using the Soundman OKM microphones (coming home to Berlin), spread out s.th. like a meter, into the R-09HR recorder. Apart from some sparrows you can hear some kids and a bloke sanding down s.th..

I love this. Winter is very dreary here, just grey skies and windy snow storm after windy snow storm, so I put nice ambiance tracks like this on while I study and sit with my back to the window so I can pretend it's a lovely cheerful spring like in the audio!
