One of my favorite sounds is that of leaves skittering across a street on a crisp fall day...this, however, IS elusive and tricky to record . However, here is a recording that I made this past Friday October 19th, 2012 in a small town in southern Illinois. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with it.
Recording made at night as a cold front is moving in, using a Zoom H4N recorder and my trusty Rode N-TG-2 shotgun microphone.
