While that is a nice sound, it is also a transcode. I am not sure why you would upload that as FLAC when it was taken from a YouTube video. HD YouTube uses 192 kB/s and non-HD 128 kb/s. Take a look at the spectogram of this file and you will find it is capped at 15 kHz.
