A quite epic sound of drowning or diving, when a helicopter replica submerges under water.
Extracted from a video (http://img.youtube.com/vi/emADU5XQwW4/2.jpg) by a US Government agency, thus public domain.
This sound is cc0/public domain but I highly recommend that you include a link to this page when using it, to avoid misunderstandings.

Sushimitzu: I assumed there's no way to trim mp3 without lossily re-encoding. Looks like I will be using http://mp3splt.sourceforge.net/mp3splt_page/home.php for rips in the future.

While that is a nice sound, it is also a transcode. I am not sure why you would upload that as FLAC when it was taken from a YouTube video. HD YouTube uses 192 kB/s and non-HD 128 kb/s. Take a look at the spectogram of this file and you will find it is capped at 15 kHz.
