A night vision goggle sound effect that I made in Ableton Live. I combined a triangle wave getting it's pitch shifted up with another triangle wave getting its pitch shifted up but then down very quickly to create that glitch effect in the very beginning. It's not as cool as the Splinter Cell night vision noise, but I think it gets the job done.
