The second example has been recorded and cut way better than the first one.
Second link misses the very first part of the attack and has distortion in some notes.
If I had a real piano I'd have gladly recorded some notes, but I only have a synth with preset piano sounds. I guess that isn't really free of copyrights.
There are quite a few free piano soundfonts in SFZ format, if 1GB size of the Salamander Grand Piano is an issue, there are smaller ones that might still be good enough for your project.
