Hello,
For a project I urgently need the sound of a truck starting and driving.
It's a history project and the original sound of the story would be a german troop carrier truck of the second world war. The sound would be heared from the loading area.
So if anyone has something like that would be great. Perfect would be the sound of the truck starting and then driving. like accelerating, gear shift etc. I would have to cover about a minute with the sound.
And of course any diesel engine would be good. V8's and oth big engines wouldn't be appropriate, sorry.
If anyone could help I'd appreciate that very much!!
Easy
Try this one. It has an enormous engine. Bear in mind that it has a turbo which weren't used on terrestrial engines in WWII as far as I know, though they were used on aircraft engines. but the sound could be EQ'd or filtered to suit.
