Even so, how much dialogue are you talking about? Lip Synch and Facial Animation isn't a trivial task. It also assumes a properly rigged character as opposed to the more simple rigs on game models (ie good lip synch can't be achieved by simply opening and closing the mouth on a model) See samples:

The top example on the second link (Chook and Sheep) shows the limitations on 'poorly' rigged characters (Poorly rigged as in not designed for lip synch or facial expressions)
