This is the sound of an old English motorcycle being started and then left to idle. It's a Royal Enfield Bullet. Originally designed by the English motorcycle company but this particular bike was manufactured in India in 1986. The motorcycle is most famous for its sound - not its reliability though. There is this background sound of a common tailorbird calling.
