More advanced wailing siren than the Juno 106 one: while the LFO modulates pitch upwards, it negatively modulates pulse width. This leads to a dry, more growling sound when the wailing is at the lower end. It still sounds plenty 70s sci-fi. Recorded entirely digital (the Oberheim OB-12 is a "classical" virtual analog digital synthesizer).
