Well, you see, I took my first flight in April 1944, aged 21 months, from Chengtu to Kunming to Calcutta over the "hump" route - which was only ever used during 18 months of WW2, during which time 600 planes crashed and 1500 passengers and crew died on the mountains. After surviving that flight with nothing worse than being very very sick, flying holds no fears!
