Zebra finches recorded in the lab. A couple of dozen of them, in two very large cages, tweeting, flapping around.
Recorded in high quality: 96 kHz 24-bit, using a matched pair of AKG C451B microphones, to a Zoom H4n recorder. 11th April 2014.
The metallic sound in the background is the cage, resonating to the birds' flapping and to the ventilation.
