here are the highlights from a MRI machine (a GE signa, i believe). probably useful for robot sounds. you'll also note the cooling system in there as well. These things dissipate a huge amount of energy and are quite interesting. The actual sounds come from vibration of the coils as the machine runs through it's patterns.

Parabolix : thank you - just came out of NMRI- I asked the tech (Sam as in Samantha Stevens in Bewitched [Elizabeth Montgomery]) how to record the sounds - she said absolutely NOTHING is allowed in room- go on internet- this sound file is EXACTLY what I heard - they injected gadolinium metal, and although I have not seen this in print, I could feel my brain vibrate to the NMRI ( "Nuclear" was suddenly dropped from the name - but I'm old enough to remember the real, original name). I joke that after the brain CAT scan, the doctor said " dont worry, there's absolutely nothing there - we should do an MRI to see if we can find something" - but, with the recent news that the entire intestinal tract is covered in a "second brain" of identical neurons as in the brain, ( 2nd Brain found- and its in your BUTT https://csglobe.com/scientists-discover-second-brain-butt/ ) the doctor advised me that if I ever fell, try to avoid landing on my butt. . . lol The huge TESLA magnetic fields that shake the entire room when different frequencies are used in the magnets, are so powerful that the staff are incredibly dilligent at making sure there is no metal in the room. Thank you for somehow getting a recording! EXCELLENT ! The possibilities to use this background MUSIC are endless. / robin dusty graves 8:27 am Sun Jan 3 2021/

I thought about using an MRI in a song while in the machine yesterday.
This has a lot of possibilities - thanks!
