My recorder records directly to MP3 - so that's all I can post here. My apologies, especially to the audiophiles here, I know that some fidelity is lost in the encoding process, but the sounds are still useful in my opinion.
I've been trying to consistently comment on samples that I have used from this wonderful site in my music compositions - please feel free to comment on my samples if you found them useful. I'd love to hear about how they are being applied.

the sound of a metal chassis being lightly struck a few times with a wooden stick
pushing the button on an automatic shower cleaner, the warning beeps, the motorized sprayer running
waiting for the delivery of a package, hearing the doorbell, and announcing "it's here"
