Sample taken of my Sunbeam Beatermix brand electric mixer (320 Watts)at low speed setting #4. Used 2 mic set-up to record the sounds to individual tracks - A Rode NT3 and a Rode NT1A. Tracks mixed to balance and mastered through a stereo limiter.
