  For all those of you complaining about flac, CONVERT IT. Honestly, tons of different sites when you google search "Flac-wav converter." Works perfectly for me now. THANKS!

  General note as I've noticed a lot of people can't use the format. The format used is FLAC which is a lossless format (wav is lossy). I suggest downloading Audacity. It's free and it can read FLAC so you can export the clip as a wav or whatever from there.
