Hi César,
To be able to record ultra-sound you will need a special recorder and transcoder, as far as I know.
You will need a bat detector (or ultrasonic recorder) you can fin some not that expensive I think.

This is really cool.
I would like to record ultra-sounds, but not sure the Zoom H1 is up to the job.
